This unique, skin-contact white blend is back with bright, tropical characteristics, textural elements and beautiful acid structure.

This cool climate blend combining Riesling (42%) Pinot Gris (37%) and Gewurztraminer (21%) is part of the #hashtag series, which showcases wines with a difference, that challenge traditional winemaking conventions.

With the #003, the varieties were fermented separately on skins, the Gewurztraminer ferment was processed at quicker rate to bring aromatics to the fore. The skins were pressed off after a couple of weeks in an open top wild yeast ferment, left to rest and mingle to create the amazing colour and texture.

Perfect for summer sipping, pair with BBQ’ed fish, fresh Vietnamese, Thai or anything with a bit of a spicy kick!
