A modern take on the traditional Barossa blend, Ben Glaetzer's Wallace is rich and ripe, dense and dark, with waves of earthy tannins and a swag of fruit. Peppery old vine Shiraz dominates the blend at 80% and adds weight, texture and a fleshy richness while Grenache contributes sweet cherry and earthy characters.
