50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre.
Broad, chewy and concentrated overall, flinty aromas are pronounced upfront, with the nose almost having a volcanic rock quality. The palate is broad (in the context of often delicate Provence rosé styles), with white flowers, red fruits, some washed rind cheese, and the smoky volcanic theme continues. Rounds out with a long, chewy mineral finish, calls for smoked fish or deli meats.
