A blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 10% Syrah from Roquemaure in Lirac. 100% destemmed and fermented for 2-3 weeks in stainless steel tank. Matured 2/3 in stainless steel tank and 1/3 in barriques for 12-15 months, before blending and a further 3 months maturation in tank.
