Autonomy Distillers is a boutique, Melbourne-based distillery with a focus on sustainable production methods for modern and traditional spirits.

Using local and native ingredients, food industry by-products and oversupplies, Autonomy are the antithesis of local with their distillery right here on Hudsons Road in Spotswood!

Made in collaboration with Four Rascals Coffee Roasters, our Coffee Liqueur uses only Australian ingredients. With coffee sourced from the Northern NSW hinterland and carefully roasted in Spotswood, VIC, this bold liqueur has notes of chocolate and caramel with a lingering smooth finish.

A true coffee drinker's coffee liqueur, this is delicious enjoyed neat, or is perfect in an espresso martini. Or if you're feeling particularly adventurous, in a Coffee Negroni with equal parts gin, Davo Plum Aperitivo Bitters and Coffee Liqueur.
